Only persons eating grass may not feel the price increase of foods these days.
They are even scaring a 35 year old person to get married.

I said it in March. That with the rampaging insecurity tearing the north west, north east and north central apart, with farming villages wiped our wholescale by bandits and terrorists it is only a matter of time before Nigeria faces a food crises.

These are the opening rumblings of a coming earthquake. Brace, brace, brace for impact and start a small savings account in foreign exchange.

This hate speech. Over to DSS and Oga Lai

As much as bad leadership under the military, PDP and now the APC has had an impact in the slow growth of the Nigerian economy, the global interruption of the SUPPLY CHAIN for goods and services is also to Blame for this.

Famine has long been projected to occur in many African countries due to the pandemic and even worse amongst Africa's poorest countries which Nigeria is a part of. This is because farmers either couldn't farm during the lock down, couldn't distribute their produce around their country/export them during the lock down, etc and these led to lost time in the planting season and a lot of waste of farm produce which could not be sold (many farm produce are quickly perishable and the cost of storing them would only inflate it's prices beyond market value.)

So the lesson is this, the global recession is just about starting, use your available resources for essential things. Those the coronavirus didn't get, the recession is out to get them. May it not be any of us.

Everything keep going up - Insecurity, unemployment, bad governance, corruption, inflation in both goods and services, utility bills e.t.c

Things that will affect life positively are dwindling into oblivion. Almost all the major roads are in a bad shape; hospital nko? An eye sore; what about the education system? " That one is la cram la pour"

And it seems Nigerians are not ready for change. We enjoy "suffering and smiling at the same time".

Well in my opinion, Nigeria is irredeemable.

No He won't... He gave you all several chances to vote in the right people, but y'all chose to toe the path of tribalism and selfish interests.

God has washed His hands off Nigeria and Nigerians!!! He is currently prospering and blessing nations with smart and united citizens!!!

LOL. Painfully, this is true.

Worse, Nigerians especially those who are so-called Christians will refuse to be humble and open admit that they chose the path of tribalism and selfish interest. And they think they will deceive God with, "God bless Nigeria".

Yeye people.

As harsh as this statement is, this is the truth, everybody wants to be in Lagos and be wearing tie, and expect one miracle to produce the food. We are all guilty but at least we should tell ourselves the truth.

I like your thought process. You have sense. How can there be hunger in a country with bushes everywhere? Fertile soil wasting

I am not laying any curse, but stating the obvious fact. And I still maintain my stance the country is irredeemable.
Do you have any idea of the depth of the decadence in every segment of this Nation? I guess you are not a Nigerian or perhaps you come from the political family.
