21. 5 0 2 = 5 × 2 = 10 (converting 10 to a mod7 number is 10 - 7 = 3)
Correct answer is 3 (option C)

22. 3 0 6 = 3 × 6 = 12 (converting 12 to a mod7 number is 12 - 7 = 5)
Correct answer is 5 (option E)

23. 6 0 ? = 5, (this 5 is in mod7 which is 7 + 5 = 12)
So, 6 × ? = 12,
? = 12 ÷ 6 = 2
Correct answer is 2 (option B)

24. ? 0 4 = 2, (this 2 is in mod7 which is 7 + 2 = 9)
So, ? × 4 = 9,
? = 9 ÷ 4 = **** (this doesn't work, then we move to higher multiple of mod7. That is, we use 14 instead of 7. If it doesn't work again, then we move to 21, 28, 35, e.t.c)

? 0 4 = 2, (this 2 is in mod7 which is 14 + 2 = 16),
So, ? × 4 = 16,
? = 16 ÷ 4 = 4
Correct answer is 4 (option D)

That is;
1 in mod7 is 1
2 in mod7 is 2
3 in mod7 is 3
4 in mod7 is 4
5 in mod7 is 5
6 in mod7 is 6
7 in mod7 is 0
8 in mod7 is 1
9 in mod7 is 2
10 in mod7 is 3
11 in mod7 is 4
12 in mod7 is 5

19 in mod7 is 5
20 in mod7 is 6
21 in mod7 is 0
22 in mod7 is 1
23 in mod7 is 2
