Don't we have regulations requiring these truck drivers to safely secure containers while it's being transported on public roads?

Or is it that law enforcement are lazy to enforce such laws.

I'm tired of seeing people lose their lives needlessly every week due to containers not being properly secured..

Exactly what I am saying! Look at how stuffs like these are conveyed in a sane country.

Gosh, life is so cheap here in Nigeria. Alot of accidents and deaths are quite avoidable should we have a better working law enforcement agencies.

What we have here are just hungry men in uniform looking for tips and look away even when see obvious calamity walking around.
