Dear Business Owner, Please Guard Your Mental Health by martwayne001(op): 10:56am On Aug 20, 2020
Dear business owner,⠀
We are in a society where speaking up and seeking help is seen as being weak, forgetting that the best of us at our best are only humans after all. ⠀

We are in hard times and sometimes, you may not get the results you want, please don't beat yourself up for it. Being a business owner, you understand the value of a team and the value of people. So, reach out to people when you need help. Reach out to comfort people around you. ⠀

We need one another more than ever, and more than money, we need our mental health intact. Do not hesitate to take a step back when you are feeling overwhelmed as well. Prioritize your mental health. This too will pass and you will come out stronger. ⠀
Check on someone today, and never risk your mental health for anything. How are you doing? Share your lockdown/ pandemic experience with me. ⠀

P.S. I am not an expert or psychologist, I'm just articulating people's fears.⠀
