When the Igbo soldiers finished killing other tribe leaders, the Ibo people went ahead to mock the northerners with Sarasuna dead body and that provoke a lot of wicked sentiments among the northerners that led to the counter coup.

You don’t choose how people reply to the pain you cause them. Some people can kill an ordinary mosquito with a sledge hammer.

However the war already happened, Ojukwu should have accepted defeat early when all hope was lost instead of using Starving children as his propaganda tools without pitying them or their parents.

Honestly, I don't know how God created the brain of some people because I am not sure he created it with dust. The fact that I am still stuck with these same people in the same country is very sad. Okay nndigbo killed your leaders and made mockery of you. You also killed their leaders and made mockery of them which is true. Why then killing people on the streets? Is that not the highest height of goatism? This is why I don't blame nndigbo when they call them jealous because it is what they are showing from their actions. It is only jealousy and I mean pure jealousy that will lead some people to display such acts and nothing more. And after the killings you expect them to clap and dance for you. Or you expect them to share free rice and beans. Where on earth does that happen? Go and try that nonsense to other tribes in the world and see their reaction. I am only trying to show you guys that those kids in the pics are not biafran soldiers. Those are school children judging from the look on their uniforms and they look like they are of the same age grade. They are definitely pupils of the same class. My grandfather told me stories of how children wrote things about the wall on their school board and walls. They used the strong stems of trees or cassava stems to mimic the biafran soldiers who always marched passed their school chanting war songs. As you can see in the pics, there is no biafran soldier training them there.

If only you told me that teenagers were recruited into the army, I would have believed you. It was very common then for teenagers to be recruited into the Nigerian army without education . Buhari and many others joined the army at a young age years before the war.

If kids were conscripted to fight the war, then Odumegwu Ojukwu should have been tried for war crimes.

With no support from the outside world, the Biafran government was under-resourced, and the army was using children, known as the Boys' Company, as spies behind federal government lines to gather intelligence. I began to train with the Boys' Company, but didn't tell my parents. I told my family only when my platoon was due to go on its first mission the next day. Stop this silly excuse. Igbos were slaughtered in the North in 1945 and 1953, long before there was any coup. Infact, in 1953 when they were slaughtering Igbos in Kano, Igbos elected a Fulani man called Umaru Altine as the first Mayor of Enugu.

The killing of Igbos in the North has been happening a long time and still goes on to this day
