Madrid and Barca were able to finish 1st and second cos of the weak league. Both teams were poor last season. But no team can usurp them, not even ATM. If it were in the EPL, they would have been pushed down the table the way Arsenal and Man u were pushed down. The gap is too much, other teams don't have the financial resources to strengthen and compete with Barca and Madrid.

Nope.... But, whenever football started, many other leagues had their times of European dominance.

Don't use a league with 2 teams oppressing nearly every year to disturb our peace... A league that hasn't been truly competitive since who knows when... Even Serie A is already surpassing them in terms of overall entertainment and competition.
