I am currently chatting with someone on whatsapp if you are not the person, Sir this is a two and three plots of land that can be sold individually, even cheaper since its in a highbrow area.

But its down to ur last bargaining strength, every seller wants his property sold at a good price at the right time. With a show of seriousness on ur side, he may decide to sell just a plot to you.
