I have a feeling that the report emanated from the office of the Auditor General for the Federation. Someone probably leaked the report to vanguard but decided to erase the traces to OAUGF. Hopefully, EFCC and ICPC will investigate the allegations thoroughly and prosecute offenders if necessary. |

Some years ago on this same forum we used to see the buck stops at the president’s desk, now that’s no longer the case, now it’s let every other person be blamed as long as our lord president is untouched |

Past NYSC DG'S response to the financial complaints of Nigerian youths The NYSC's Director Generals in recent times have encouraged Youth corpers to desist from relying solely on the monthly allowances from the Federal Government's reserve as they have proved minimal over the years owing to the incessant complaints from preceding corpers. Other complaints that have gotten to the ears of Management Staff include the ill-luck of numerous Youth corpers during service, pinning down to the organization in question that they served at. Many have described their service year as a waste of time relating it to the ridiculous amount of money aquired during service. Thus, Youth Corpers have been sensitised on the common reality of serving at a place lower than expectation and how they can tackle the dilemma. Public activists and Youth empowerment institutions have further encouraged Corpers to engage in convenient side hustles, preferably online based, if they are too displeased with the events at hand, because the Nigerian government has proved incompetent over the years, hence, cannot be relied upon. Certain business Organisations have further displayed interests in the idea and given their full support through investment incentives and convenient online jobs offered on a platter of gold. Recharge And get Paid VTU Agency, Cryptocurrency institutions, and WordPress are prominent examples of companies bidding aspiring youths to invest in them with minimal funds and get rewards of incentives, job offers and international trips. A very notable effort at remedying the prospective damages of the Federal Government's laxity towards it's youth. Thousands of Nigerian youths have enjoyed, and are still enjoying these incentives offered by online institutions such as the aforementioned. National Youth Service Corpers and Nigerian youths in General are advised to invest in online companies of these nature with minimal funds, get registered and start up online based ventures, hence becoming their own enterpreneurs while making sure to always remember that they are truly the leaders of tommorow. Miss. Ochem Ifeoma, the Team leader of Gift Sketches RAGP group gives words of wisdom to Nigerian Youths... ..... in quote; " To climb up the pedestal of wealth, place the first foot.. THIS MESSAGE IS NOT DIRECTED TO ONLY SERVICE CORPS MEMBERS, BUT NIGERIAN YOUTHS IN GENERAL. TO LEARN MORE CONNECT WITH US AT: https:///C0TVfOdX5ggKc8tQsw4xpE |

Ijaya123:Are they not the ones he invites for meetings, open door, closed door, Council of this and that. Has he ever asked any of the accused to explain? If you are the CEO of a serious enterprise and your auditors are overheard alleging various departmental heads are creaming off the books won't you ask questions at the next management meeting especially if that meeting is to discuss budget cuts, a loan request and the dire financial straits the company finds itself. Will you wait for the auditors to present the case at year end or go absolutely ballistic on the felons who watch the company beg for survival while they dance to the gravy train. Has Mr. President asked Mr. Akpabio about all the sickening, lurid stories he hears frim the National Assembly? If I 'EXPOSE' the snake eating my poultry eggs and one or two weak birds and I pat it on the head can I be called a serious farmer?... mbok, nothing is happening. Corruption is alive, well and thriving in this goverment without remorse and the closer 2023 approaches the worse it will get when war chests have to be built and the old man at the rock weakens and trades his resolve for a safe post leadership landing. |

Reference:It is easier to sit behind your phone and blame PMB for every corrupt case in the land when you failed to realise that war against corruption is for you, I and everybody to fight. For the fact that the cases are being exposed is a right step in the right direction. How many corrupt cases were exposed in the last administration? If PMB decides to sack everyone linked to any corrupt cases, even when the individuals is yet to be convicted by a court of law, which is the only arm of government constitutionally empowered to do so, who do you recommend he replaces them with? Angels from heaven? Gentleman, let’s get real and be adults, the war against corruption is for all of us to fight, from the presidency, the legislature, the police, the judiciary, and even you and I. Where were you when some indigenes of the SS were protesting again the probe of the NDDC? Or did you not hear of Asari’s comment? We are a set of people that has high tolerance for corrupt practices and untill there is attitudinal change from everybody, the president can only do as much as he can. Bring in the Pope to come lead Nigeria, nothing will change. |
