lots of works is done, columns and beams has to be strengthened that's the major required rehabilitation.

This is not the first time this so-called shutdown maintenance has been carried out on this bridge yet immediately after it is opened the potholes and unlevelled portion of the roads are intact.

So I wonder what was maintained or repaired when entire sections of the bridge ought to be levelled and filled.

Wait let me guess, perhaps that is another future contract that has nothing to do with this one? Hahahahahaha, I can confidently bet that is the case. Nigeria Nigeria.
