This looks better than many Federal medical centres. This country is not working, for better and faster growth, this fake marriage should be dissolved.

It may be the management. I think most of these missionary hospitals are still managed by Churches, whereas the government hospitals are managed by people in civil service and depend on government revenue to run the hospitals. Things such as 'strikes' are common in government hospital

True Christianity addresses every aspect of life be it spiritual, social, wellbeing, health.
The social aspect is just a part of, not the whole of Christianity.

The same can be said for islam. In that sense if you are opting for a theocracy then you can go for this option.
