This is definitely an original Samsung S10 look at the space beside the battery icon in the status bar (I.e for the punch hole camera). Even mere looking at the status bar and navigation bar will suggest it's a Samsung.
The problem could be from his network provider or a software bug.

Yes o, it's original Samsung ....the problem I think it might be is that the Phone was not meant for Nigeria, na UK or US phone dem go don knack give me so chai!

Based on the screenshot, you'd know that nairaland compress picture quality which is visible on that screenshot. I have posted pictures on nairaland and it looks like nothing compared to what I have in my phone.
Op should just post the pictures of the phone for confirmation.

I uses Samsung A51 and the interface is more matured than what I'm seeing. Secondly, you're using Nigeria 3G which is showing H+ and you expect the browser to be fast. There's no difference between Edge and 3G in Nigeria. So get 4G, test and give us feedback

I customized everything myself.... I don't like the battery percentage at the status bar... it's not fake brother, it's original I've even taken it to SLOT self.. they checked the imei, my s10 is UK version that's why e nor dey catch naija network

Na me change the font bro, that's helvetica neue... there's a way to install custom font now on one ui 2.....i was using a galaxy a50 before i bought the s10

Oga check your phone well...the interface is Samsung....that line at the button is gesture navigation check under navigations in your phone settings baba... there's even an app called goodlock on Galaxy store that you can use to remove your battery icon, time, network etc.....I've been using Samsung phones for 2 years, i can recognize a fake one trust me, I'm not gullible....my Samsung is one sim by the way not dual sim....

I've tried 4g in airtel, glo and mtn pretty slow compared to my galaxy a50.... i took it to SLOT they said the phone's bandwidth isn't for Nigeria's network that the phone wasn't meant for Nigeria use...na UK phone

Guys I’ve fixed it... turns out it was a firmware issue... all i had to do was download Nigerian version of the galaxy s10 firmware and flash with odin... it has been working perfectly for months now
