I downloaded some videos from youtube last night and they are working fine on my laptop but I just sent them to my phone and the audio is not playing.
Any possible solutions?

if you're using MX player, change the decoder from HW or HW+ to SW. Often times, it is because the video is too "clean" for your phone or video player to play it perfectly.
Another solution is to download latest version of video player.

They are not accepting new workers at the moment.
The thing is, people ask this question almost every two days and it gets difficult to keep replying the same thing when your answer was like two or three pages away.

That's not what it means by their silence. But if you've done yourself the favor of reading at least 10 pages backwards, you wouldn't have had to ask the questions.
