Go and google the battle of Stalingrad. The Germans killed the Russians like chickens, what did you expect them to do? Nothing. They revenged happily with shining teeth by slaughtering any prisoner of war that came their way. That was a completely different case, now in war you are not meant to touch women and children or else you have committed a war crime. America committed a war crime by killing all those people with that bomb, if they had dropped it at a military base nothing wrong, but dropping it in the middle of a busy city.
