I ordered since 19th of May..and since I heard it might take as long as 2month I decide to be patient. I never got a mail from them concerning d arrival of my delivery..

when I went to track my order I saw it has arrived Nigeria since and yet I was never contacted! how do I know where my order is now. the address I used was Ilorin. are they not supposed to mail me where to pick my item?

the only mail I got is that from aliexpress is dat my order protection would soon expire or something.. Time's up to confirm your order!

Shout a dispute and AliExpress team will intervene in your behalf.

If you placed your order during the lockdown it might take a while. Some things that I ordered in March just arrived last week while some that I ordered this month arrived yesterday so it can be annoying. What you should do is ask the seller to extend your purchase protection period but if that lapses again and you don't get your item them u can open a dispute.

Also I hope the contact number is correct as that would be the means of communication btwn you and the post office. Another thing you can do is go to your nearest post office with the tracking number.

I will suggest you stop mini importing for items from today... Why not gather your money and start buying from Jumia Black Friday sales. At least, to the best of my knowledge that is what most Igbo boiz and businessman are now doing, and they are making large profit margins from it. You can get any kind of goods at the manufacturing or discounted prices. Thank me later, and save your BP from the unpredictable stresses.

I've always preferred this konga or jumia being a Nigerian thing and easy to track. My only concern is the recent complains I hear concerning them. And that they need to work on otherwise it's best you go for jumia or konga. Last last you go to their office but AliExpress, china? Nigerians need to think

Online retailers have a lot of work to do (Especially in Nigeria). You just can't be corrupt (or tolerate corruption) if you want to remain relevant

During this lockdown shipping across borders is particularly slow. Try sending a complaint to AliExpress, also reaching the vendor via the contact information that was provided.

It will arrive the closest post office to you, you will pay them N200 for handling charges which is receipted before collection of goods. When I was in Anambra, they do collect N500 naira and sometimes will ask you to pay custom fees.

When the goods arrived my post office, I got a mail from AliExpress that it has arrived, the next day I got an SMS to come to the post office with valid ID for collection.

I used my Visa debit card for the last order but used my Visa credit card for the first order.
I was debited for my last order today at the rate of 459 naira per dollar.
