Warranty is 2yrs.
Maintenance is done every six months, and can be done by the personnel or operator after my tutor.

You did not mention the fact that one will need iron sheet on the floor or concrete for the machine to roll well, what will be the cost of placing iron sheet on a plot of land? Can there be alternative to that small diesel engine? I've used that before and I can tell u that engines like that are child's play when it comes the production of concrete blocks, they are at top notch in the first 3 months and after then it will be from one complain to the other, even the original RA lister knows what it passes thru when it comes to concrete Block production.
