It is quite sad a lot of people display the mental sagacity on this thread. A few deserves commendation, but many are just nauseating. Arts under Faculty of Science and Technology.

You're the one that education has failed if you have this rigid mentality to things. Common sense will tell any Nigerian graduate that different courses fall under different faculties in different universities. Some schools do Geology and mining together, some other do them separately. In my school, Unizik, Fine arts department is in Faculty of Environmental sciences. My cousin applied for it in 2018 but didn't get it so I'm sure of what I'm saying.

When we did a competition in 2017, some students from the participating university said they have a separate departments for Geology and Geophysics. Unizik hasn't done that yet so I can't come and start claiming that what the person said is a fallacy just because it isn't like that in my school. Besides if all schools had the same departments in the same faculties, what was the essence of Jamb brochure?

It may not be like that in your school doesn't invalidate what other people have said.
