Getting a plagiarism related mail means you guys had ratings of 1 recently probably last week or a fortnight ago. I once got one two months ago, so since then I modify my words using my words or use synonyms to replace and shorten some words.

I know someone who has gotten the mail twice or thrice and he's still working; but it's bad though cos one' contract can be terminated.

Just try as much as possible to use your own words. Anytime I get weekly report, the first thing I look at is for rating of 1 to be @ 0%.

I did not receive plagiarism mail though, but over the past three days, a particular moderator has been going through my old answers before I started getting rated to delete my answers, since those 3 days, I've been averaging at least 3 answer deletes in a day.

I’ve been doing this online tutoring job since November last year. My main job is to assist high school and college students in their course work, by providing well explained and non plagiarized answers to questions on various subject areas.
