Having exhausted the three different soups and stew she stocked in the freezer prior leaving for promotion course with the kids, I have been eating out but decided to cook today. I made Ogbono mixed with Okro and stew separately to last me another one month or so. I used small quantity of beef, goat meat, assorted (towel & intestine) and stuck fish. I blended the Ogbono with crayfish while I added hot leaf to produce that sweet smelling aroma.
The soup was served with garri(eba).
Come join me if you care.
Never been a fan of the kitchen. Kudos to our girls, sisters, wives and mothers for dishing out different foods from the kitchen day in, day out.

That’s it. I haven’t cooked since I got married in 2011. I felt the stress and thankfully, it came out well.
