Please house i just want to know something.

For those of us that applied Npower, there is a higher chance for us to be selected. But if we r selected and (God so kind) immigration picks our call, how do we go about the off boarding and on boarding process?

All Answers are appreciated

I know, but since its still federal government, you can't be paid in two places. My question is, how does one resign from npower or one must complete the whole npower year

Once npower accepts you, on your home page, there's a button where you'll click to resign, you'll be asked to fill a little report form which would ask you your reason for resignation and once you complete it and submit, they'll drop you from their database and payroll system

You people are getting it all wrong. The reason for the delay in NIS recruitment is the IPPIS (Integrated Payroll and Personnel Information System) implementation. You may be thinking how this affects the recruitment process as it only involves staffs of NIS.

Allow me to break it down for you. The recruitment process will be very fast once it reaches the stage for documentation, and documentation process is for only those that would receive their appointment letter. Do you know that some persons have already received their appointment letters? This set of people were to go for documentation in July 22 - 24, hoping the regular applicants would have been on that stage as at that time, but the date was shifted to August due to IPPIS.

They want to capture the Biometrics of the successful candidate(both regular applicants and and those that have already received their appointment letters) on the date of the documentation.

Let me not go further. In case you are wondering how reliable this intel is, well a little bird gave me this information.

Thanks for the info, but please when are we (regular applicants) likely to get to that stage of documentation?

I agree with you,
Could that also be the reason why National Identity Card, was compulsory during registration.
