Some laws I think Nigeria needs to enact

Outlaw littering
Outlaw child labor and child abuse
Outlaw street and roadside hawking
Outlaw interment on private properties ,All interment should be on public cemeteries or cremation.
Outlaw overloading of vehicles
Outlaw wrongful parking
Enact and enforce compulsory vehicle insurance
Enact and enforce buildings codes and zoning
Enact and enforce fishing and hunting laws

Guy where you dey since?
What if the cemeteries are filled.
