The money would have been reloote by the fantastically original looters. What about the 21billion that was sent to the by WB, were we given, it was stolen too. In 2015, we heard there was money that was sent for the poor by the international donors which was coming but the elite and government Nigeria was always stealing. In 2015, it was intercepted by some NGO's but now is like it been stolen. Imagine Nigeria government taking the managers of the fund to court fighting for money that was never theirs. The CBN was keeping the money they said. Former gov of CBN was aware of the because he also had people that registered under his care. Mr Emefiele, where is the srnt for the poor by international donators in your care? Hope it had not been stolen or used peoples money to buy off a network provider by the powers that be
