They really don't need to negotiate with Messi. Messi only wants to negotiate his exit for free which will be Detrimental for Barca. All Barca needs to do is to let interested clubs know that they are willing to sell for a price below the release clause and then negotiate with any interested club. Barca should be negotiating with other clubs over Messi and not negotiating with Messi
