As for her friendship with Vee, I see nothing wrong with that. Vee, Neo and Praise were the HMs that were close to Laycon and supported him when he needed emotional support after he got depressed seeing the PDAs. You don't expect him to cut her off, someone that have had his back because of Erica whom he's trying to distance himself from. The only sin I can fault Laycon for in your post, is bringing up the kissing incident in other occasions.
