I'm based in Rivers state please what are the process he'll have to engage in so as to deliver it down to me here.

He can use USPS insured secured package and you get it in Nigeria through Nipost EMS for cheap but it takes weeks alternatively you can use DHL , FedEx or UPS , it cost more, ships faster and packages are 100% secure
