Gentlemen, incorporate planking and hunching into your daily workout... try and start atleast 30 hunches and build up from there...hunching is your everyday life in academy...I remember major ango saying that they ask efcc cadets to do nothing less than 2000 hunches and how that’s not even the standard for army cadets... get ready!

lol it’s not relocation... but mhen the last course to train with regulars is 44... and that’s why they are one of the strongest ssc courses till now... those guys will enter hell and not look back.. ssc wey dey chaus regulars.. those guys were the shit!! But if it’s true that this next course will train in afaka!! There will be dashing I can bet you..cadets will run away

We planted our skull as boys till we saw smoke. Anyway I prefer to plant my skull for hours than hanging. The standard as a Boy, “Hang up and Marry the wall”
