Hello,
I want to know how much it will cost me to build 2 storey with 6 flats of 3 bedrooms. I need a break down from foundational level, first floor before supper structure, first decking cost up to the roofing. It's going to be house that I will be staying in the first floor while the rest flats will be giving out for rent. The land is about one and half plot.

Note: the site is not a water log area, the ground/soil is solid or stony. If possible, you can show me some pictures of the houses and your phone number. Thank you.

The cost would depend on the building size and design of the structure.
