Sir you MUST authenticate your documents at the MoE and MoFA before you legalize them at the Polish Embassy.

You don't need to translate your documents if they are in English Language.

Hello my people of God. I am new on Poland admission process and I will like to be put through on how to fill in an application form of the Adam Mickiewicz University, Poznań

On my first screenshot, I will like you to help read the second point on the document from abroad. In my own opinion, I think I don't need to legalize at polish embassy again since International Relations in this school uses English as a language of instruction. I need answer, please !

Am applying to this school too...here is my email gentlepal777@yahoo.com . They told me same thing one need to legalize first before applying

If your university does not have a dormitory/hostel. It is very possible for them to contact other schools that has dormitories and find a place for their students there. This way they can provide a document for you stating that you have reserved a place in the students dormitory which you can submit along with your application at the embassy for prove of accommodation. You just need to contact your school.

It's just sad there are lots of misleading informations here. Guys pls do your research as well and go through this tread very carefully. Thanks

Hey guys. Please I don't understand the hotel reservation criteria for Visa application.
My University does not have hostel but how can I have a proof of accommodation?
My program is 2years MSc.
Can reserving an hotel room for 2 weeks be enough when my program is 2years? Will the Visa officer understand that the 2 weeks is for me to temporarily settle while I look for a long term accommodation to stay for my study duration?
Has anyone going for study reserved hotel and get the visa?

You can reserve a hotel from bookings.com or goibibo, 30 days reservation will suffice

You can only book on the polish embassy website of which no dates presently. Be patient and you can only legalize at the Polish Embassy. Authentication is done at The Ministry of Education then you proceed to Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Both will seal and sign your documents.

I strongly believe that you need to legalise your document from MOE & MFA and also at the embassy with time

Thank you so much for your kind response... Do you mean I have to proceed to ministry of education and foreign affairs to do authentication first before heading to polish embassy to book appointment for legalization?

Greetings, great minds.
I was given admission at the University of Arts, Poznan and the deadline for my tuition fee payment is 30th of September which is €5000(to pay the complete fee), but my sponsor did not have that money this moment due to the effect of the pandemic on his businesses...
Can I send the school mail telling them about the situation that if they could allow 3 times installment payment... I hope they will allow it since my sponsor resides in France.

Or what do you think? I need your opinion, please.
Thank you.

Even though I am not in Poland or schooling there, I do follow this thread and other travel threads on nairaland for knowledge purposes.

In my own little advice, it does not really worth it paying such amount for an art course in such expensive school (Which does not offer opportunity for installment payment). Had it been the course is science (Medicine, nursing etc) or engineering (IT, computer, mechanical, electrical etc) based course, it would have been more manageable.

Try and look for other schools that offer similar courses and with cheaper school fees. (Hope you are going for Msc? or is it Bsc?). I don't know the relationship between you and your sponsor, but I think it would be better to seek for cheaper school (Max 2500 euros) which would be better for your sponsor, as it shows consideration towards the person.

Alternatively, why don't the person double the money and you look towards Germany. I heard it is far better than Poland with better opportunities for student job.

I really appreciate you, sir, for your concerns and your help with other schools' hint, Sir.

I will try to send a mail if they could allow the 3times installment payment, if the response positive, I will go on with it and if It proves otherwise I will try Germany.

I hope some of their art schools aren't close for admission yet, and if you can recommend any university in Germany, please don't hesitate to telll me
Thanks, sir.

An honest question I believe you should ask yourself is why are you going to study art? Do you have the plans of staying back after studies?

Regarding to the school in Poland, I do hope they consider installmental payment. The information gotten from German thread shows that, securing appointment is becoming cumbersome. I think admission has elapsed in most schools over there. It will be easy to secure admission faster in Poland than in Germany presently.

I would be great if you sail through and get positive feedback from the school that gave you admission. As for the bolded, how do you know it is what you wrote sad
Just see it as my little contribution.

But is simple naa, first you check ur tuition fee, add it up to existential minimum of 701pln multiply by 12 months added to compulsory flight reservation money of 2500pln added again to accommodation fee, now this depends on the fee you reserve as accommodation.for example
701×12=8412 + 2500+ 8936 pln(tuition fee per year)+446×12=5352, total 25200pln convert to naira 2,569985, you can do a credit card limit of 3million.
But if ur tuition fee is high or ur accommodation fee is high, u increase your credit limit

in addidtion to what you have said and to buttress is, DO NOT TRY GERMANY NOW , while there are tuition free schools and it ain't difficult to get admissions, you may find it difficult to get appointment dates for visa interview and this will really demoralise you. Find a school that is inexpensive or flexible in payment.
