If you're good at psychology you'll know she's lying. When people do ridiculous things to convince or prove something, then it's most likely they are trying to cover up a lie. I see no reason why she should tattoo 1998 on her ankle if she's truly 22. Damage control is a measure taken to minimize a dent to credibility of a claim.. And that's exactly what she did.
