I can relate to the guilt part . I buy grapes instead to console myself. I’ve grown really big Since we started working from home but I still can’t say no to ice cream - Chocolate devotion is my favorite.

For drinks, I take Baileys Irish cream, Smirnoff ice and malt. I don’t like coke but I have a lot of cokaholics around me. I don’t know how they do it.
