Lol! Someone has gone forum shopping. Even all the entertainers whose careers have taken a dive are campaigning seriously for Ize-Iyamu in Benin. The likes of Maleke, Picollo, Youngest landlord etc
They suddenly realised Obaseki is bad for business. The man seems too serious self to even need 'entertainment' or pay for functions that officials of government hitherto used to unwind.
Has anyone noticed, no politician of worth in APC has come to join Ize-Iyamu's campaign (not inauguration)? Even the full strength of Edo APC has not been felt at all, it's only EPM (a fraction) that has taken the onerous task to unsit Obaseki. Oshiomole really destroyed his house, and I wish them well.
PS: Okowa, Diri, Peter Obi and lots more have come to campaign for Obaseki. Maybe the appearance of Desmond Elliot balances the scale.

Obviously, aspiring to be governor in that state is in mind. If you understand Tinubu's style of politics, this is how they sublimate into the governance in Edo. He might end up being commissioner and then before you know it, run for governor.
