Sha u can see a very rough s3 or s2 for that price..

If u need a better phone, add atleast 5-10k to that money.. U can find maybe small xiaomi..

You can't get any reasonable android phone at 10k, not to talk of the brands you are looking at. Don't put yourself in trouble.

If you increase your budget by another 10k, I can give you a neatly used Oukitel C8 phone and if you have up to 23, I can give you a brand new Oye-1 android phone (4G LTE, 2GB RAM and 16GB ROM). The current market price + delivery is 27k.
