Yes o. Nigeria was the best country in the world during his time managed by the most intelligent people in the world. They turned Nigeria to rich-hole country and Nigeria broke all economic records in the world.

If and only if Biafra was allowed to reach it pinnacle before the war, Jonathan could have done it in the second term.

Anyway, Jonathan the Biafran President before Buhari will do it again once all Biafrans return home.
