I don't know why I've this experience. My brain feels like it's shaking and there's a weird tension going on, this happened when I'm really studying chess games and watching YouTube video about it.

Why is that and have you also experienced it?

Chess is a highly tactical game that will work your brain and make you think in ways you never had before. It is not uncommon to have head ache when playing it.
You will get used to it with time.

OP Chess play does not make such health hazards....try do a routine health checkup!
Do what is right to avoid inlaying ailment escalation.

I'm a chess player and I play puzzles for hours sometimes days without any issue in my brain.


Don't overlook what you feel ..get a medical help asap.
