between 30-45% depending on several factors - poultry droppings processing method used, age of goat, breeding state etc

I'm following. How do you cope with goat being too stubborn ? We've reared it before. With poultry droppings you mentioned, do I just need to dry it off only, then mix it, 35-45% with other feeds like cassava peel or the droppings can be fed to them only

At this time and age you are saying the best way to rear goat is to let them roam? I can now see the reasons for the farmers herders clash. So because our parents goats roam in the village that mean we must do it the way and manner they do theirs that is ridiculous.

I disagree. My goats dont roam. They are in house i built for them in my compound.

for zero grazing urban goat farming, start with two goats male and female in you backyard. that will not cost much. with less than N50k, you can do this (cost of goats, feeding for two yrs, medications , housing in your backyard, etc)

in two years time the two goats would have increased to seven goats. yes seven goats in the least. it can actually be more. if you want to be daring you can get male northern breed and do some breed improvement.
I suggest you start small and learn the ropes. goat farming is not funny but not rocket science . with patience and passion anyone can do it.
