It is really heartbreaking to think that this disaster keeps happening yearly without any effort been put in place to prevent future occarance

@Explorer has anything been done to prevent this from happening cos this is like an annual disaster?

Nothing really, Cali is naturally dry and windy which contributes to the quick spread.

This is quite disheartening, I can imagine the pain and grief not just from the loss of lives but also the discomfort and separation from what you have been used to for a long time.

I stand amazed in awe to something that should be the norm... The orderliness exhibited by the people on the highway FLEEING their ravaged town.

The Police have arrested multiple people for starting fires in Oregon. Not sure about California but during the dry season fires are common.
