Confused people. What about those dem give carry over from lower level who will now lecture them or conduct test for those courses?

Does this mean that medical students in the clinical arm (400-600) can all resume?

Since from the above stated, 400, 500 and 600 are to resume.
It's not that logical, you should be able to decode it.
If you're doing a 4yrs course and you're in 400l(final year), resume.
If it's 5yrs course and in 500l(final year), resume.
lastly for clinical students in their final year (600l)
