Since from the above stated, 400, 500 and 600 are to resume.

It's not that logical, you should be able to decode it.
If you're doing a 4yrs course and you're in 400l(final year), resume.
If it's 5yrs course and in 500l(final year), resume.
lastly for clinical students in their final year (600l)
