We have 12 units of farmland for allocation to intending participants.

The location is Otunba village, via Mokoloki, Obafemi Owode local government area, Ogun state. about 1hr 30mins from Lagos.

Road up to the farm is motorable even at the peak of raining season though most of the harvest will come up during the dry season. A stream by the farm will serve during the dry season.

Each unit will only be allocated after transplant of of the crops followed by allocation certificate.

1. Crop: Garden Eggs.
2. Quantity: 5,000 plants.
3. Duration: 6 months.
4. Commencement of harvest: 3rd month.
5. Sales: 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th months at N100k/month.
6. Cost per unit: N200k.
7. Irrigation: Sprinkler / Raingun.
8. Insurance: N10m cover for the entire site is in the works.
