Well, Adobe acrobat is still the best when it comes to pdf editing... You can download it for free HERE. If you follow the instructions, you should have no problem installing it. |

I don't think that editing pdf file via smartphone can be good. I'm sure you will lose in quality. It will be better to use laptop or PC with some specific applications. Also you can make operations with pdf files even via your browser, for example I recently used https://pdfchef.com/merge-pdf.html to merge my two files. All was quite simple and fast! |
