That is a hot pressed carrot oil with a carrier oil which can be olive or coconut oil.
This is plainly different from carrot seed oil.

And yes, some use canola oil but I don't.

No, it's not. I don't live in Nigeria and can tell you I know what pure carrot oil looks like. That is not it.
