Majority just bought the hype. Just a few did their due diligence before opting for a Xiaomi device. I've bn following the Xiaomi thread for close to 4years before I bought one. Queenfav that has been using a Redmi Note 5 spent days if not weeks reading and watching reviews before launching her new device. That's the clear difference; If you rush in, you'll rush out.
Imagine someone read the testimony of a Mi9T user, goes to the market to buy a Redmi 9A, expecting to have the same experience. We'll all be alright last last...
