Ooh okay.... It actually depends on the square area. The average rate is #22,300/Sq.m. It might get lower if the expanse is large. 3D is the most expensive

From my Osborne Estate office in Ikoyi, which is normally 10 minutes ( tops) drive to Adeniji and 3rd Mainland Bridge

Now I spend at least 1 hour 20 minutes in the traffic..
