This is a welcome development. I was initially skeptical why there was no protest in the first place. You can't wake up one morning and increase electricity tariff and fuel price in the middle of a pandemic which has ravaged the world. Other reasonable countries are looking for ways to alleviate the suffering by the impact of COVID-19, but here we are contributing to the suffering. This government ineptitude is just too much. Why are Nigerians not demonstrating against these obnoxious policies in Enugu, Port Harcourt and Kaduna? Why must it always be the Yoruba that fight the FIGHT of ALL Nigerians? Give me the equivalents of Soyinka, Fawehinmi, Ransome-Kuti, Alao Aka-Basorun, Falana, etc. in the Lands of the Courageous of Nigeria, since they say that the Yoruba are Cowards. Yet the Yoruba have NEVER started a FIGHT they couldn't finish like some of the other ethnicities! If indeed, there's Reincarnation, I'll come as Yoruba again, God willing. 5 Likes 1 Share |

The foôlish PDP supporters claiming the 2012 protest was because of hatred for GEJ, what sayest thoust now that same protest is happening under Buhari. Is this also because of hatred for PMB? People will always protest perceived anti-people policies, regardless of who is at the helm. PDP supporters are the classic definition of zombies who can't think for themselves 2 Likes |
