1. Create a wordpress website without installing thurd party themes or plugin
2. Good with your best page builder preferably elementor
3. Have built several themes and plugins to show off as your project
4. You can code efficiently and good with Html (at least 60%), css (at least 90%), bootstrap (at least 40%), Javascript (at least 75%), jquery, PHP/msql (at least 95%)

Don't apply if:

You are just a blog designer or install theme and go
You don't communicate when needed
You are lazy
You are a thief and greedy
Have history of scam on Nairaland that have elements on truth in it

This line got me lol. WordPress runs on theme and plugins. Even the elementor you quoted is a plugin, so how will they develop without installing a theme and plugin. You should do your research when you write out requirements. WordPress development is divided into two parts;

1. Theme development : You need to be very good with WordPress template structure.
2. Plugin development: You need to know WordPress hooks(actions and filters)
