Nigeria’s National Space Research and Development Agency could do worst than lobby for one of Spacex many retired test spaceships. Spacex is turning over so many of these Test Crafts that it does not know what to do with them. I suspect that these objects will in future become spectacularly important historic artefacts. It would serve as a great publicity fillip for NASRDA if NASRDA acquired one of them and mounted it as a monument outside its complex foregrounds.

They won't get their hands on one, not even starhopper. US department of defense won't allow that as they classify rocket technologies as national security shi*t. They didn't even allow spacex and co's to employ non Americans.

I know NASRDA is doing fine at their pace. If we continue as in this video bellow, then we'd soon join the rank of India, Pakistan in the race for space Technology if not US.
See the video.
