For the doubting Thomases, I'm really really asking for a friend.

She has taught in a school all her working life. The salary is no longer meeting her basic needs plus the system is frustrating her a lot recently. She applied for a job online a while back. According to her, she has even forgotten. It's an Entrepreneur Training Consult in Ikeja. She's been asked to come for an interview for the position of a Business Development Associate. She knows next to nothing about Business Developing so she's skeptical about going or not. The time is short. She doesn't know what industry standard is like as regards salary. She's feeling like a fish out of water. I've encouraged her to go but I don't have enough reasons to propel her. Her chances are slim and she's worried about taking time off work, losing a day's pay for a venture that may be unproductive.

Please advise.

You may just advice her to try getting a digital skill that would help her meet with her needs and still have enough time for herself. The truth is that digital skill is the way to go in times like this.
She can learn Graphics design and work as a freelance designer for sites like upwork and Fiverr ( to mention a few). If offers her a flexible work schedule and is a high income skill. Making at least $10 per day is not joke.

WoW, i just stumbled on this....
i hope she has started something.. if not... I can help. I could teach her business and investment for free and help her start....but u will have to create a telegram group so u can monitor everything.
2020 is not over though.
