Well let's say for instance your main SIM is one the Sims you used to create an Africa Magic account to vote.

Now when you sign into the myDSTV account with your smartcard/IUC number all you need do is go to vote now select contestant and click vote it will load a page asking you to login or sign-up, all you need do is put in the details of the account you used to vote on web.

That's the issue. Immediately I sign into the Mydstv account and I click vote now, it brings up a message that they are currently retrieving my account data and continues to load forever until it times out. I've been experiencing this issue for over a month now.

Is the app up to date? If it is Android you should try clearing cache and data
