With the resumption of schools on Monday, many private schools have been requesting parents to compulsorily pay the 3rd term fee (with 1st term fee plus textbooks), all at the same time. Can this be a violation of law in a way as the 3rd term is not legally inexistence. 1 Like |

braveboy64:No service and they are asking parents to.pay. Even no government (both state and federal ) don't recognize the 3rd term as at now. So on what basis are they requesting? Just looking at the legality of their actions |

Ngenge:No. They are asking parents in order classes to pay - JS 1, 2, SS 1, SS 2 and all classes in private primary schools. |

MT:Since no service was offered they isn't suppose to be payment But the lockdown was really terrific on some teachers |
