Poor management is what kills most housemates. Once your management is full of toxic people, trust me you will definitely fade away and brands will not even look at your side.

Look at Laycon..as far as I'm concerned. He has one of the best management and PR team this season ( if not the best). We can all see the way he's already making waves outside despite the fact that he's still in the house.

Look at tacha, despite the fact that she was disqualified, she's still making waves. Bagging deals left, right and center without her fans having to beg. She has money to fund anything without doing E- bambiala.
All these was possible because she had a good management and did her homework well before coming to the show.
So when you are wondering why a particular housemate is gradually fading away and begging brands for deals. Just have it at the back of your mind that bad management is the reason for the downfall.
