Call it ridiculous if you choose... But, they call it maximizing potentials. They pick people with leadership skills and intelligence to deliver to them what their own people can't.

If Nigeria and Nigerians understood that knowledge and skill trump ethnicity, we would have become a world power by now.
But its not easy to erase ethnic sentiment coz it comes with deep emotional feelings...

It is high time all of Nigeria work together to kick out herdsmen from politics

Go to Poland, USA, UK, Netherlands, Canada they have Nigerians as parliamentarians as judges, governors etc and things are moving well

But come to Nigeria we have herdsmen as Chief justice we have herdsmen as president cattle ranchers in our senate and touts leading our various states

Observe Nigerians abroad they try to abide by everyday benign rules but the Nigerians in the Nigerian society hmmm

Make Una use Una eye and ear see well oh look at poverty rate in Nigeria and standard of living and education in the herdsmen area Vs The Other Nigerians area

Look at the value placed on life in the herdsmen area Vs rest of Nigeria

See it is bad everywhere but make we try keep herdsmen out of our Government offices and back in their ranch where they belong.

Allow exposed, open minded people run this country not illiterates who got their slots based on tribal percentage
Hehehehehe grin grin grin lipsrsealed

Where did you read that fairness was thrown at the British people?
They fought long and hard for it, with many deaths and exiles to America.
Learn to read very well on a subject matter before you say the wrong thing.

Then dissolve the so called federation! For how long...for how many more decades are we gonna be wasting our time trying to settle issues we should have settled half a century ago?

For me -and i’m not mincing words here or trying to hate on anyone- as an initial step, i want my people separated from the Fulani! They are highly intolerant and vindictive, and consider Islam and their brothers in neighbouring countries before they consider me as a Igbo Christian! It’s not hate....i just don’t wanna share the same country with them!

It's easy if you are business minded and goal oriented!... The day we start running Nigeria as a personal and unsentimental business, is the day true progress comes!

There many multi ethnic nations who excel because they pick leaders in key or critical positions without sentiments... That's why they are ahead of us.

This nation is not ready to move forward!!! It's pathetic!!!
